Week 6 NFL Predictions! (Updated With Results)

Updated: Oct 18, 2022

I'm gonna be early this time and put the predictions BEFORE the Thursday night game! In case you still wanna see the tweet, you can check it out here:

Also, GO PHILS! They earned the split in Atlanta and will be back in Philly on Friday with a chance to take the lead in the series!

Special shoutout to the Union, as well, as they are the top seed in the eastern conference and will await their conference semifinal matchup, against an opponent to be determined, on October 20th!

On to the OTHER football! Let's see how we're doing so far!

Week 1 - 7-8-1

Week 2 - 9-7

Week 3 - 6-10

Week 4 - 7-9

Week 5 - 10-6

On the season - 39-40-1

Let's get to the picks and hope for good fortune!

Bears (home) over Commanders - Thursday Night

Ravens over Giants (home)

Jaguars over Colts (home) - tough game to pick, honestly

Browns (home) over Patriots

Bengals over Saints (home)

Buccaneers over Steelers (home) - I believe in Tomlin, but...

49ers over Falcons (home)

Packers (home) over Jets

Vikings over Dolphins (home) - still no Tua for this game

Rams (home) over Panthers

Cardinals over Seahawks (home)

Chiefs (home) over Bills - honestly, this is the hardest game to pick this week...

Eagles (duh! - home) over Cowboys - Sunday Night - Dak is likely not to play

Chargers (home) over Broncos - Monday Night

I feel really good about most of these. The Chiefs-Bills game is likely to be must see TV and I'm glad it airs at a different time than my Eagles-Cowboys game. My only hope is that it's on CBS or FOX in the Philadelphia broadcast area. Otherwise, I'd be forced to fish for NFL REDZONE highlights. All the other picks didn't requite too much thought for me. The only tough one would be the Cardinals - Seahawks game. Geno Smith is playing very well and the team doesn't have enough wins to show for it. Kyler Murray is good and the defense is good but they still don't have Hopkins back, yet. And I do question Kliff Kingsbury at times as a head coach. Anyways, those are the picks! Check back after the weekend to see how I did against your own picks!

Another day, another week of great football in the works! Let's see how we did!

Wins:

Bengals, 30-26

Vikings, 24-16

Rams, 24-10

Eagles, 26-17

Chargers, 19-16

Bears, 12-7

Ravens, 24-20

49ers, 28-14

Packers, 27-10

Not a good week for picks with so many surprise results! This week is a 5-9 week.

Week 1 - 7-8-1

Week 2 - 9-7

Week 3 - 6-10

Week 4 - 7-9

Week 5 - 10-6

Week 6 - 5-9

We're a third of the way through the season. Still plenty of time to turn this around. See ya on the next one!
